A Japanese restaurant opened by a chinese couple. The owner boasts having superior food expertise in Japanese cuisine because he lived in Japan for many years. He says their udon broth uses this tasty, special broth. So I tried the udon and ordered some sushi. The udon soup base was not oily but a tad salty. I wouldnt want to drink it alone. They also put small bok choy in with the udon, making it very Chinese-styled. They gave us the wrong order of sushi, so we got a free sushi roll. Sushi was average. Overall verdict: meh.
