This pub used to our regular hang out every week, but ever since the son in law took I over there have horrible changes it. The service was ok but you have to out for your bill to see if has not being added too by some waitresses for more drinks on your table in a group settings. We where continuously having issues with this.We never go there anymore due to my cousin was attacked by a bouncer outside the pub too, without a reason. Food started to become horrible too.I wish go back to the original owners control.
I’m rather partial to Irish pubs so it was only fair I did a review for the one in my neighborhood. The food here, in my opinion, is great! I particularly like their signature pies, they never disappoint me. Though I have to say their food prices definitely veer on the expensive side. Good daily specials and a decent happy-hour help compensate this somewhat; Tuesdays and Wednesdays I’d recommend personally for pies and wings respectively. Decent starter selection with all the standard stuff like fries, poutine, and wings along with less conventional (for an Irish bar) choices like calamari and mug-of-prawns. This place definitely takes their spirits seriously; a pretty expansive beer/drink menu, Guinness on tap, and they crack a new keg every Friday. Atmosphere is alright, the place is a bit small so it gives it a nice snug feeling in a way. The service here I’ve found to be consistently so-so; its not bad but it could definitely improve. All things considered O’Hare’s is a rather well-rounded bar in terms of food and drinks with an overall okay level of service. Not a bad choice for a watering hole.
