I have been to restaurants in the area many times and decided to have a quiet dinner here with my wife and son as it was the most spacious and the menu looked promising. The whole thing was a big let down. From the front of house staff struggling to figure out which table would fit our stroller best to the small portions and outrageous prices. The place was not busy at all yet finding a table for two and a stroller seemed to be out of the scope of their abilities. Once seated our server was very friendly and informative. We ordered calamari which is pretty had to mess up. Well the $15 calamari was served on a side plate which was barely even full. Any other establishment from fine dining to a hole in the wall would serve a better product with a portion 3-4 times the size. The calamari had obviously not been thawed before frying which left it chewy and the batter falling off. The fish and chips were pretty standard and the angus burger was definitely a frozen boxed patty. Our server was great but the price and quality of food need to be addressed. My wife almost had a heart attack when she realized we had paid $15 for about 15 poorly made pieces of calamari. We will not be coming back as all of your surrounding competition do a much more superior job.

The two pieces combined weren’t even big as one standard piece and there were hardly any chips. The chips looked like they’d been reheated over and over again and the fish tasted awful like rubber. The tiger prawns also came in the tiniest portion you could imagine and they did not taste fresh at all. It’s clear that this restaurant doesn’t care about using good ingredients or satisfying their customers. They’re in such a good location but that doesn’t mean they can just rip off customers and serve terrible food! I’m never returning here again and I certainly advise people to stay away! There are so many better options nearby.
