  decent service/ a tad on the slow sideedible food/ some dishes are badly presented and are bland and looked and tasted dryfamily friendlylots of free parking aroundhigh price for quality and quantity/ not worth itif I had to choose 1 dish : coconut shrimpwould i go back? No

  VERY BLAND seafood pasta. VERY SMALL PORTIONS. My husband’s salmon entree was strong and fishy tasting, not fresh at all! Terrible waiter with ZERO people skills. VERY RUDE and disrespectful service! I advise other diners to STAY AWAY!

  Bought Groupon for this restaurant so decided to eat here last night. We had 4 course meal. 1 appetizer to share, 2 salad or soup,2 entree, 1 dessert to share. For appetizer we had beef carpaccio. I actually don’t like to eat cheese that’s quite strong and it over on top of the beef so I only ate the veggie and cracker. I had caesar sald and my husband had seafood chowder. Both taste pretty good. For our entree, I had prawn risotto and my husband had stuffed salmon. Im pretty sure theres a little tiny cheese in my risotto that taste quite strong so I actually switch it with my husband and ate his stuff salmon. It was good. Our dessert was strawberry ice cream. Their glass for drink are quite small too. Even if you want coke or ice tea, it would be half size of the original glass.

  Great night out!. Six of us headed to the Seafood House for dinner. We had the calamari and coconut prawns and scallops for appies. All six of us raved about the them. For a main, I and one other had the rack of lamb (delicious and lots of it). My husband had the halibut, our friends had the seafood linguini and the blackened cod. Everyone loved what they had ordered. We had great Italian wine and dessert of blueberry tart with cream cheese and my husband had creme brulee. Everyone loved the food. The atmosphere was relaxed. The owner served us. He was very attentive and quite humourous. After we had paid our bill we sat for a bit chatting and he brought us each a shot of ouzo. All and all a great night. I thought the prices were quite reasonable. We will be back!

  Another great meal at the Steveston Seafood House. We were there last night and closed the place. We had guests up from Minnesota, and we take all newbies to Vancouver to the Steveston Seafood House. The Smoked Alaska Blackened Cod was excellent. I had one of the best Fillet Mignons every. Service was fantastic and we all came away from the evening very pleased with the dining experience once again. We’ll be back and I recommend.

  Rude welcome at the door. We were just another $ figure. She mustve been the owner. No ppl skills. Appy was the best from our Groupon deal. My Bf’s fish was good, my pasta was over salted & overwhelmed with onion slices (prob amt from a medium onion) salted onion flavour is not what i expected from seafood linguine in broth sauce. So difficult eating with fork alone. Dessert was scrumptious. We had the unfriendly owner deal with credit card payment. She gave us the impression she either didnt like us or couldnt care if we enjoyed our meals, or ever want to come back! For the quality of food, i believe the Boathouse at English Bay would top the Steveston Seafood House 10X’s over!

  Food is just not that good, I have eaten here a number of times and I have never had a good meal. I am glad I was not paying as I would have been furious for the poor quality vs the price
