Been going here for 2 years and it used to be my favorite sushi place but the front staff has become really rude. They messed up my order and told me I would get free sushi next time. Next time comes and they not only don’t honor their word but in summary told me I was lying. I didn’t want to cause more conflict since i was already drained from the day so when I went to pay I didn’t bring it up. Unfortunately the employee proceeded to lecture me on why I must’ve been lying about my screwed up order. Although I tried to clear up the situation she wouldn’t back down so after I paid I left. I have always looked forward to a friendly interaction with any restaurant I regularly go to so I was taken aback because this whole situation began with them apologizing to me on the phone for messing up my previous order. Instead, next thing I know, I’m being berated at the till. The chefs are very kind and friendly but watch out for that front staff. A regular of 2 years and I’m not going back.
This place is AMAZING. I love their lunch and dinner combos. It is mid range price sushi for the quality of the more expensive stuff. They staff are so great they try to learn their customers and favourite orders. I would highly recommend this place as a local sushi haunt. Their food is fresh and their service is great.
