  To begin with I switched my services from some other fast food to Taj because I found it yummy and good customer service . But I have seen some changes in the last year as they are not providing enough food according to the price as i always order and take away. I called them twice to please provide enough sabzi. From last two days I called them on Friday at 9 they said they said they are close and I called in on Sunday at 8pm they said they are close when online it says it was open. I asked my husband to call them and they took his order. They are giving a very bad customer service now based on their own choices. Discriminating among the customers when we make a call. I am not sure if the owner is changed in the last year or what but their customer service has definitely been the worst I have noticed in the last year in 2016.

  We were there on Christmas day 12/25/2016 and we ordered 2lbs Jalebi, the worst Jalebi we have in our life. In 2 hours the Jalebi looks like in the picture. If you don’t know how to make it please ask the person who knows. Don’t sell the worst food on the name of Jalebi. Thank god we didn’t try inside. This is the worst experience in Surrey.

  Disgusting service, horrible quality food. Pay the extra 5$ and go to tasty bistro down the street at 84. Such a disappointment they give you little to no meat and their specials are horrible

  My boyfriend and I order from here about twice a month and we do enjoy their food but notice that they cheap out on putting chicken in our butter chicken. Sometimes we luck out if we even get 5 small pieces in the dish. We have found that even though we order pick up and give them way more time than they request they never have our food ready for us and get stared at as if they have never seen a white couple in their lives. Other than that the flavour of the food is delicious and the best so far in the neighborhood.

  Never Ever order from here! Sheer laziness at its best. My boyfriend and I ordered from here thinking it would be a change from our regular restaurant. After placing the order we waited over an hour and nothing. Just when we thought we would call them, the lady that took our order called my boyfriends phone stating that the driver was outside of our house for over an hour ringing the doorbell and calling our phone. When we explained that it was impossible since we had been outside a few times and our phones were with us with no call except this one, she proceeded to say that they were not going to deliver to us. Frustrated and angry we decided to Start looking for other options when the owner (who was also the driver) called us back and apologized stating he would be coming to the right address this time. After almost two hours we finally received our order. The driver was apologetic and even said the woman taking the order messed up the address. This would have been good if they had reduced the ridiculous location fee they charged us however they did not. I guess that buisness practise fails this company. The food overall was ok, had it been hot maybe it would have been better but due to the issue of the order taker our food arrived slightly chilled. Would we order here again? Never.
