  Food quality bad. Used to be good. I ordered wrap for my dad and I. The chicken wasnt fully cooked so we couldnt eat , I called to advise and the girl apologized saying that next time I can come by and she will replace those 2 donairs. Last week my dad went by to order and told them there should be a note on file. They charged him for 1 donair and gave him one free instead of both at no charge. Will not go there again, food wasnt to expectation and they couldnt even keep their word !

  We will never eat here again! I ordered a Falafel Rice Platter expecting the falafels would be taken out of the fridge. Nope the girl picked up a bowl from the countertop already containing broken up falafel bits, proceeded to add 1 extra falafel, microwaved it and dumped it onto my rice. I asked her how long that bowl had been sitting out on the counter, and why didnt I get fresh falafels, and she just looked at me like she didnt understand me. Also sitting on the counter, not refrigerated, was a big tub of greek salad and a tub of whole falafels. I said to both girls behind the counter that it wasnt hygienic or safe to leave food out open and unrefrigerated. The girl who seemed to be the supervisor laughed at me and continued serving customers from the open containers. Absolutely disgusting. This place needs a health inspection ASAP.

  I ordered for me and three others at my work. We all really enjoyed our donair. The girl was hesitant with my coupons, but I wasn’t backing down as they were valid. Overall great food.
