I worked here for two hours and literally quit on the spot. They are the MOST DISORGANIZED RESTAURANT I have ever stepped foot in. I was a new worker and they didn’t provide me with any training and barely taught me what to do. They don’t seem to care about cleanliness whatsoever. Tablecloths are DIRTY, back kitchen is DISGUSTING, and service is terrible. A customer started yelling at me because their food took too long to come out. I had already told the kitchen MULTIPLE times and they all they focused on were the take out orders.If I could give negative stars in this review, I would. Absolutely horrific.

Horrible customer service… You want my left overs!?!?!. Horrible service all round!! I phoned to place an order for take out, I was put on hold and after waiting a patiently long time someone finally picked up the phone again. I place the order, reconfirmed and in 30 minutes I was in to pick it up. Once we got home (I only live a 3 minute drive from them) the food was luke warm… and we were missing some of our order, which was filled with what we did not order!! I phoned back and told them, I was told that I could come down right away and pick up the missing item. My husband headed down and to my surprise they phoned back to tell me I messed up the order!! and that I would have to pay for the items that were missing!!!! It was to late to just forget about it and when my husband arrived they continued to insist it was our fault and that we messed up our order. They refused to cover the single missing item, and said that if we wanted the item covered my husband would have to drive home again and get what was wrong return it and than they would give us the missing item?!?! To say the least this is the last time we will be ordering from them. I hope your not ordering what we were told to return… that’s not the kind of left overs I’m interested in!!!! Happy eating.
Is there a change in owner ship. I read the reviews I don’t understand people not liking them has there been a change there I am ordering food tonight.
Save yourself the tummy ache. I tried golden panda once, didnt enjoy it, tried ita second time, again ..bad experience. The only thing I somewhat enjoyed was the wonton soup ( which needed hot sauce and soy added for flavour ) was it the best wonton tho? No. Mediocre? Hardly. I left disappointed both times. The lady who works there tho seems nice, that’s the only good thing I can say.
Good reviews from people…what happened?. After hearing great reviews from my co workers I went out of my way and tried this place. The place was busy when I arrived and we had good service despite the crowds. I ordered a dinner for 3 and the food was just plain bad. nothing tasted right, the rice was undercooked, and our egg rolls were still a bit cold in the middle. There are many loyal customers who tell me I have to go back and give it another shot, and I probably will but I’m not holding my breath.
Not that good. Food was okay. Not recommended for people who really enjoy delicious Chinese food. The deep fried prawns was merely tiny prawns coated in a heavy batter. And the fried rice and chow mein weren’t tasty at all.
