Horrible Service. I placed my order over the phone. I even asked how much one item was. She repeated my order, asked for my phone number and said it would be ready in 25 minutes. I went in after twenty five minutes. I went to the desk and she said for take out? I said yes. She places a bill in front of me thats not mine. I say that not me. I repeat my order she says sorry I dont have that. I said what do you mean? I placed the order you gave me a price for an item, repeated my order and asked for my phone number. She looks at me with a smile and says sorry, dont have it. What do you want? Like Im going to wait now another 25 minutes when I placed the order ahead of time to not wait. I asked is there a manager here. Shes points to the guy at the sushi counter, which I know is not the owner. He says sorry. I said what are you going to do. He says Ill give you some roll that I dont even know. I show him a card that shows I go here all the time. He just looks at me and says sorry. Total incompetence. There are too many japenese restaurants out there to ever go back. Horrible customer service. To say sorry with a huge smile on her face????Last time I went she didnt get my order right either and another time she didnt ensure there was rice for my dish. Wow!
We love this place. We tried a lot of the popular Sushi places in Surrey but keep coming back to Ta Ke for take-out. The food is always fresh and the service friendly and prompt. The staff always go the extra mile knowing we are return customers. We have never eaten in at Ta-Ke and can only speak for take-out. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
Food is good. I had a few rolls here for dinner the other night. The salmon tasted fairly fresh and good Special roll cherry blossom is wonderful. I will be back.
Great food, beautiful decor, clean, and friendly service. Just make sure it’s open as once I went there only to find out it was closed.
Rip off. Food is overpriced and the service is poor. Whenever I drive by all the cooks are smoking outside. Classy.
Great Sushi!. We are regulars at TaKe. The service is friendly. The sushi is consistent. The Sashimi is yummy. Love the new tuna! Best local sushi joint in Panorama. The owners offer a real personal touch. Ohh and did I mention the delish chicken udon!
Great so far!. I work in an office right down the road, so I’ve never had the time to eat in. I’ve ordered out several times with great success. Every time I’ve ordered it’s been ready by the time I get there, it’s cheap, and it always tastes fresh. Will continue ordering from there.
