Extremely bad customer service! There is this one worker here who I think hates her job. She is extremely rude and unfriendly. I inquired about a deal that’s still posted outside and she never gave me a true answer. Just gave me attitude about how her manager extended the deal already. If you post a deal on your window you should honour it. Not give me attitude about it. Talk about bad business practice. Every encounter with this person has been unpleasant. She ended up throwing a receipt into the trash can beside me but missed and hit me. She failed to apologize. The tea is okay. I liked that they brew it fresh but with customer service like that I don’t feel the need to go back. Also they are constantly sold out of white pearls which is annoying.
Located at Terra Nova, this newly opened bubble tea cafe apparently uses good quality tea leaves from Taiwan to make their teas. They serve different types of tea which gives variety. Upon ordering, they make your tea fresh on the spot by using an expresso like machine…not like the ones that are made in bulk and kept in large tea warmers. This helps keep the flavours in the tea. I ordered the Panda milk tea and Pudding Milk tea. I quite enjoyed it as the tea flavours are stronger than most bubble tea cafes. The pearls were perfect..not too hard or too mushy and a good chewy texture. The pudding also had good flavours and tasted like custard. Will definitely be back!
