This place has instituted an 18% gratuity on groups. The service was terrible and the food mediocre. Yet we still were charged the 18%. I hate this policy and will not be back. Our server was queenie and she is pushy and rude. Made us feel like we could not leave fast enough.
We had a wonderful dining experience with a friendly, cheerful waitress and delicious food. Spanakopita, saganaki and chicken souvlaki were all amazing. I have recommended Alfa to friends and would definitely go back. Thanks Tracey!
Great food, ruined by bad feeling.. The food at Alfa is really good, the service equally so. There is just one thing that ruins the experience, and that is the appalling way that the woman, who appears to be a manager or owner, treats the staff. On many occasions she has been seen talking very harshly to or about her servers and other staff. For this reason I may hesitate to come back, even if the food is good. Somebody needs some people skills, or anger management training!
Best greek food on earth!. I’ve been ordering from Alfa for over a decade and the food is always on another level. Try the roast lamb or lamb souvlaki, both are unreal!
