Have been going to this resturant with friends for awhile now but I havent been happy at all with the food. Now my friends know why I hate going there as they are now experiencing the same issues. Every time I have been in the last few months the portions are always different for dishes Ive ordered before. I ordered the goat cheese platter a few times and every time I got it I received a different amount of cheese. One day you get a good chunk but there are times you dont get enough to spread on more than 2 pieces of the bread that comes with it. Yesterday was the last time I will be eating at this location. I ordered the goat cheese (a appy that costs around $13) and asked for no red pepper jelly/jam on top of the cheese. When my food arrived not to my surprise they put some on top. I sent it back and instead of giving me a new one they just cut the top off my cheese. When they did that I lost a good portion of goat cheese with it. When they brought it back there was still jelly on it and I was missing half the cheese. I asked her for a new one since I didnt feel paying $13 for half the amount I was supposed to get was fair. She said oh my god Im so sorry Ill fix it. But came back 2 seconds later and the chef thought he could just cut that part out of my already shrinking appy and then melt the cheese a bit on that side to make it look like he switched it. I was completely baffled at how stupid she thought I was when she said she saw him make me a whole new order. Even my husband didnt understand how they made it so fast. My husband ordered the taco bowl for $18 and the bowl wasnt even half full when at the Langley location he got a full one. Im really really upset with how they are charging so much for food then trying to undercut people. Please avoid the Tsawwassen location.
