JUST BRUTAL! Slow and horrible. Staff sucks. Food is like warm. Wait for pick up was quoted at 45 mins. 2 hours later we could pick up our food. Just a horrible horrible restaurant.
Wow, how bad was this. 1.5 hours for a pick up order for four! 75$ later the food was Luke warm and was received without soya sauce , plum sauce and no sticks. What a joke, this place would last ten minutes in the city.
Bad Food and Bad Service. We used to be regular customers and really liked the food even though the service is usually lacking. The last time we went we ordered our favorite item, the stuffed chicken wings. They were terrible. They tasted moldy. They come 8 to an order and we each tried 1 full one and a 1/2 of another. When we told the server (who has zero personality or people skills) she argued and said they are prepared and frozen right away. We said that is fine but they taste moldy. She then took the plate away and didn’t come back until we were finished our other food. Our left overs were dropped off with the bill. They charged for 1/2 of the order of chicken wings. We have been regular customers for years and always order these wings. It wasn’t like we were trying to get them for free. They were terrible and tasted bad. Unbelievable customer service to charge customers for rotten food. We will not be returning. The service has steadily declined in the last few years and now the food is following.
Getting too Pricey. We agree that the service leaves a great deal to be desired but have always been satisfied with the food. Unfortunately they are starting to price themselves out of contention for our business. Even with the drive into Richmond we get the same, sometimes better quality, MUCH better service and the prices are noticeably different. We have been coming here loyally for ten years but unfortunately are starting to use other places more often theses days.
Gem. Great little gem in tsawassen. Delicious food and friendly staff .. Generous portions as well.
I think that the lack of caring about customers leaving indicates there may be a more lucrative side business run from this location.time to call rev.can.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! Screwe…. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!Screwed up our order three times. They said we had to pick it up otherwise it would be an hour for delivery. It’s the worst service ever. When we called to complain they said it was our fault and that we didn’t pronounce the dish right. Stay away and save your money from this overly priced food.
