Awesome burgers, good fries and the chocolate shake was to die for. The staffs friendly and burgers were really juicy and fresh. All the sauce and toppings were really good as well. I recommend this to any one. 🙂
good seating capacity $16 for a combo (choice of beef, chicken, turkey, veggie, hotdog) on a bun, fries & drink Peri peri has a good sauce & cajun onions were delicious nice tasty bun I loved the fries, cooked to order with sprinkle of cajun = happiness overall, I’m satisfied with the service, serving size and food taste
Came here for the first time and i enjoyed my burger experience. The line took a little longer but that was expected as they build your burger in front of you. Overall I was satisfied with the service and quick bite to eat.
This new self serve burger restaurant is located in the new Tsawwassen Mills Mall. Besides beef burgers they also have hot dogs, chicken burgers and vegi burgers. You can choose from their signature burgers or customize your own. We went on a weekend and there was a line up pretty much out the door when we arrived. You line up to purchase your order then wait for your order to be made as you walk down the production line. Once you pick up your order you need to find a table, which is kind of a pain in the butt as you pretty much need to hunt for a table and hover for seats. The dining space probably only holds less than 40 guests. Service: They definitely could have used more staff. There is only ONE cash register so you can imagine why the line was long. Looked like the manager was trying to oversee everything while managing the drinks station and the burger bar (you can custom your burger like how you custom your sandwich at subway). There was one person on the grill and one at the fryer for fries/poutine. There was another person at the end of the production line to finish off the burgers, wrap them up and make sure the orders were complete. Was definitely chaos. Price: Prices are a bit above average for a fast food joint. We ended up spending $30 for two people. My husband had the 6 oz. True North burger (cheddar cheese, bacon and onions) combo with fries and a drink for $15. I had the 4oz mushroom and Swiss cheese burger combo with side salad and a drink for $12. Gravy for the fries was $1. They also serve milkshakes for $4.75Taste: Their burgers are antibiotic/hormone free. I thought they were ok. Felt the patty and cheese cooled down while sitting on the production line waiting to be put together so my burger was kinda cold. My salad was a few leaves of ripped up lettuce with some thinly sliced cucumbers, red onions and tomatoes thrown in with my choice of Balsamic dressing (other choice was Italian). Fries were tasty though..fresh and perfectly salted. Their gravy was a good tasty addition to the fries. Would I come back again? Probably not. Will let you be the judge…
