my first time eating here was yesterday, i was so happy with there cashew delight! amazinly delicoius! been craving it ever since! also had the coconut rice, freaking aamazingg! you can really tell the owners really put there love into the food!! will be returning hopefully soon
I’ve been in with my wife to this restaurant a couple of times & decided the last time that it would be just that: the last time. The washroom is never clean which I’ve always felt was a sign of the general lack of cleanliness in the restaurant. The food is incredibly slow & when we went with friends our dishes came out more than 10 minutes a part, my food was nearly cold by the time their food came. The rice is not included with any dishes which I found strange & we’ve been charged for sauces such as chili oil: $1.5! They don’t tell you about these hidden costs & we were told by the server that she was told just to put it on the bill. The second time we were in it was quite busy & you could hear the cook yelling at the servers from the kitchen which I thought was terribly unprofessional. The food is ok, which is why we’ve given it more than one shot but altogether neither my wife nor myself have enjoyed our experiences in this restaurant. I’d pass it up & wait for your next trip into town to get some good thai food.
The pad thai is insane, easily the best pad thai ive ever had, the curry is phenomenal, the lettuce wrap is to die for. The food coming out of this restaurant is extremely good quality. Sometimes the waits are long, don’t expect less than a 30 minute wait during peak hours, but thats common with good and popular restaurants and should be expected. The owners of this place do an extremely good job, the prices are fair and the food is to die for. The waitresses are extremely lazy and all should be fired, i’ve sat there with an empty cup on more than one occasion for 10+ minutes at a time. They regularly stand behind the counter and just talk and do nothing. Its pathetic that such an amazing restaurant is being dragged down by them. Get some waitresses and waiters in there that work hard. The kitchen staff are the superstars of this restaurant and are held back by the quality of service from the waitresses.
Great food and service during the day. There’s hardly anyone in there at that time. Expensive except for the lunch specials, which are tucked away on a board inside. But the food is delicious.
My husband and I celebrated a special Anniversary and came to your Restaurant on the 26th of March 2016 with our son and a friend. Although the food was very good we waited a good hour before the food finally arrived, During that time your waitresses hardly acknowledged us and were constantly an the phone or talking with each other. We had never had worse service than on that particular night and will probably not frequent your Restaurant anytime soon again.Sorry!Eva
Terrible wait times. 2 hrs for take out and 1hr at table. Owner-cook alone in kitchen yelling at staff that she is swamped. 1.5hr wait minimum. 10 people here with no food on table. If you can’t serve food; don’t have a restaurant. Its always like this, but only Thai in Tsawwassen. Everyone complaining, servers apologizing.
