Neighborhood Pub. The Rose and Crown is the pub you walk in and everyone knows your name. The servers are friendly and energetic. You aren’t just served but rather provided an experience. There’s a good chance a band, DJ or hockey game will be playing- for hockey yes there’s prizes. The food is a homestyle, flavourful and juicy. The portions served are huge- expect leftovers. I recommend the wings, wraps and nachos! The drinks are great too, tones of beer selection, cocktails, and nice wines. The bartenders are always there for you… its your neighborhood pub:)
Not worth going out of town for. Came here from out of town. No one out of my family of 4 wasn’t disappointed. Everything was dry and overcooked, drinks were all too sweet. I returned everything and was promised a free night there which I will never use because they are so terrible. Burgers are ok and kitchen staff is good, severs are awful and as are the bartenders.
A Crown for the Rose. Really nothing wasn’t perfect, the roast beef , the yorkshire pudding, nice brown kilkenny beer and the waitress Jessica was just amazing, definitely worth the drive to Tsawwassen for a fun and delicious evening.
Excellent Pub. Good food, good service….good everything, all at very reasonable prices!
Prime Rib Dinner. Went with 10 people 9 beef eaters! We all had the perfect dinner, the plates were over flowing, the service was outstanding, lived up to the chef’s recommendation in every way, veggies were Squash and zucchini both prepared to perfection. The slice of meat was a portrait I wish I had taken a photo of so I could share with you, sadly I was so mesmerized by the meal that all I could think of was putting the most perfect Yorkshire pudding on top of my slice of meat and digging in! The choice of mashed or roasted potatoes was another delight half of us had the one or the other and all were happy with their choices! Well done to and best wishes to the chefs who spent all day with prep and preparing a feast for our table! I will be there soon for another of the spectacular pub menu.
The worst roast beef EVER. I moved to sunny Tsawwassen few months now..it was Sunday evening,I got lazy to cook so I decided to try this place.the waitress suggested that I try the roast beef…oh boy I’m not exaggerating but that was the worst roast beef or food I ever tried…I had couple of bites but the beef was so so rubbery and tough to chew ..I don’t like to complain so I ask the waitress if I can take the food home…I paid and left the food the food there….The worst roast beef or food period I ever tasted and I’m not exaggerating ..The waitress was nice and friendly .
Service is poor, food is sub-standard, drive to Ladners Landing for better food and service!
