Very poor food quality and extremely rude owner. Was treated terribly. Refused to tip because of the way owner served us. After that he started arguing that I must tip even if service was poor. He kept arguing that tipping is a must regardless of service quality (which was disgusting). Never going back here again.
The food here is decent and can be good depending on what you order but…There is a male manager with glasses named Bruce who is the biggest prick in the world. He is so rude to customers!! I can see how this may deter people from coming back and leaving bad reviews but location wise, the food here is pretty good compared to other Chinese places on campus. Tip: If you’re ordering take out then always make sure to check your order before leaving because one of the waitresses gave me my noodles & toppings in one container but no soup one time Items I would order: – dumplings – noodle soup – hot pot – century egg and pork congee- rice lunch special Items I wouldn’t order again:- zhajiang mian (Soy-bean paste noodle)
I have to say food is fairly good. But the current manager really makes the service bad, as everybody here reviewed. He is impatient and rude.

Extremely poor customer service! The worst restaurant ever.. So my friend and I went there for lunch yesterday. We ordered food and after a while they finally came, my friend realized it wasn’t udon that she had ordered so we talked to the server and asked for another one. For me, the soup base obviously wasn’t the one I wanted but the server insisted that it was. I argued and made him to change it for me. The second time when it came again, I figured that the toppings and noodles were what my friend had ordered and hers was mine. Apparently they mixed up our order and was not sorry at all. The When the manger didn’t apologize but also asked for tip, we refused and pointed out how the food was wrongly served. Then he was very RUDE to us and asked us not to visit their place again. Very poor manner indeed.
Very RUDE manager! It took half an hour for my noodle to come, but the manager didn’t show any regret to their slow serving. The noodle doesn’t taste well either. And the manager asked for more tip even though I showed strong disapointment to him.
Bad attitude from manager. Our food came really late and the server was nice but the manager displayed completely inappropriate behaviors. He gave me and my friends rude glares for just ordering 3 dishes even though we ordered more later. He clicked in the tips for some of my friends when paying using debit and then asked for more tips in cash. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGER. Ps the house special fried noodles was wayy too salty. Did they pour in a whole bottle of msg? Probably.
