People who work there obviously have racism…I ordered a MEDIUM hot chocolate and they OFTEN give me a SMALL hot chocolate. When I told them, they always gave me a shitty look and said no, this is a medium obviously. REALLY BAD SERVICE. Lied to my face and charge me a price of medium beverage where they gave me a small one.

Then she gave me a cup of ice and told me to mix them together. Thanks lady, i wish u a better life afterlife and won’t have to work at a coffee shop in ur 50’s
Ikes has decent food but severely lacks customer service. Writing this review after my order being forgotten for the third time in a row. While the extra five minutes or ten minutes may not seem like much to them the staff has to realize how crucial that time can be for students in between classes.
For what is worth, Ike’s is acceptable. It is inside the library so you don’t have to brace/mentally prepare for the cold/outside. I appreciate it. Their rice krispy bar is up to par, a good snack. Their chocolate croissant is also a good sweet choice. I highly recommend their ginger peach tea. It is DELICIOUS! And it smells absolutely amazing. I’ve had their salads (fresh, good) and sandwiches(not bad) as well as their samosas and their pasta. I would recommend the samosas. They taste good and are quick and ready.Their pasta has 0 taste. If you’re studying at the library, and it’s about 9pm, I’m glad that this place is open (otherwise I would have to walk to Triple O’s, which…is too far when I’m studying xD ) For the price, I’m pretty content with the quality of the food. I’ve had the vegetarian paninis, which were crispy and fragrant, and the pasta, which was simple but satisfying. There was one day when they were serving chocolate pudding; it was super rich. If they ever have those again, I recommend sharing it with someone because it’s quite sweet. There’s nothing extravagant about this place, but it does the job when it needs to.
Overpriced garbage. $3.75 for a single samosa? REALLY? That’s like paying $4 for a single gyoza. Especially when it’s not even authentic at all. Don’t eat here, they rob you. Seriously.
The turkey sandwich was 2 pieces of deli meat with swiss cheese heated up in the microwave. Salad was drenched in dressing. Would not recommend this place for food.
