Everything is vegan gluten free and no sugar added! It’s kinda pricey but you’re paying for the fact that everything is organic. I recommend the nutty with a scoop of chocolate protein if you’re looking for something desert ish, or the early bird with peanut butter for something breakfast and filling.
I like the smoothies and bowls that they served, but it is a bit pricey. The bowl that I tried was the Rio de Choco, which was surprisingly filling, but it was small and costed $13 overall. I’m not a big fan of spending that much money for a meal that’s not dine-in. However, the smoothies haven’t disappointed me, but they haven’t made me fall in love either.
