This sushi is not worth the price you pay. I regret trying this restaurant and wish I could have my money back for the two rolls I spat out right away. My assumption with sushi restaurants at this price point is that their fish and meat would be decent quality, sadly that wasn’t the case and I will not be returning. Perhaps it was because I came at 8:30 when they closed at 10, but my Tuna roll tasted a little too fishy to be fresh/edible and the chicken is all grizzle (fat). I paid just under 20$ for three rolls and only got to eat my avocado roll, thankfully that ones difficult to mess up. Save some money and get better quality sushi right below beside staples.
Not necessarily the best sushi place I’ve ever been to, but a nice place to have a sit down lunch if you happen to be at UBC. The place is fairly big, so I have never had trouble finding a table. I like ordering their lunch boxes, but keep in mind they are fairly more expensive during dinner vs. Lunch. I am not sure if the portions are more though.

I would highly recommend the special lunch bento boxes, they come with a variety of items such as tempura, cali rolls, teriyaki and salad. good service as well! porkninjas.ca
Good overall. Good sushi, good prices, nice location. What else do you want in a university village?
Bad service, food is ok. The first time went there, the salmon sashimi tasted like tap water. I went there today to give it another shot. The food was okay, but the service was terrible. The waitress was rude to my friends and me and then demanded tips.
