They have some of the best cookies in Vancouver in my opinion, they’re so soft and delicious. Quality is constant and they have a wide variety of vegan and gluten free pastries as well
I believe this is a conjunction of Blue Chip and the bagel place from the old SUB. The bagels are really cheap 😀 same with the desserts. There are a few desserts that I think should up their game (tiramisu was way too boozy), but other than that, this place is great.
Quite a spacious cafe has just opened on the main floor of the UBC SUB ! The staff seems to be in a transition phase, and is not fully operational / knows their own menu yet. Giving it some time before I return, but decided to try a Bagelwich & a marvelous cookie for the time being. Although the Bagelwich was a tad over toasted, and there was a lack of ham compared to the egg and cheese balance, the Bagelwich was quite nice as a quick snack. Uppercase seems to be a collab with Blue Chip Cookie (that’s was from the old SUB), they still sell cookies but with a much smaller selection of their signatures. The marbelous cookie tastes good, but seems to be lacking the freshness that Blue Chip always had…
