I’m not usually a wonton noodle soup kinda gal but cold rainy days call for a bowl by default. As expected the soup didn’t have depth of flavor in it or anything but the wonton and noodles were amazing. We usually buy their rice noodles to make soup at home but it was a nice change to have it at the restaurant instead this time! eatmunchlove.com

Very solid food at Hon’s! Make sure to order their pot stickers, they are delicious. We’ve also tried their congee, wonton noodle soup, and chow mein. The food has never disappointed, prices are fair and service is decent. We will be back.

I grew up in Chinatown eating Hons as a treat on Sundays and the New West location didnt disappoint. I visited on a Tuesday night so it was quiet with lots of seating available. We were greeted cheerfully, seated and served tea right away.It was my sons bday dinner and we ordered the beef and black bean sauce chow mein with crispy noodles, sweet and sour chicken and the salty fish and diced chicken fried rice. The food came out lightning fast, Im talking minutes! The noodles were too crispy for my son but I loved them. They are crispy through and through. Meat and vegetables were generous. Everything was so delicious and hot! The sweet and sour chicken was lean and crispy. The fried rice was tasty and their portions are big! There are a lot of filler onions so if you arent a fan, maybe ask to hold back on them.Overall great experience, quick and friendly service and delicious food with generous portions. Will definitely return! (Ive had their wet rice noodles with beef and its delicious too).
