PLEASE NOTE: this winter 2019/2020 our bakery remains closed for a longer break from very busy summer times so we had to step back a bit. RE-OPEN LATE SPRING. This is a bakery and coffee shop that serves fresh, homemade breads and pastries, cappuccino, and lattes. We are famous for our Stollen. We sell Christmas Stollen (authentic Dresdner Stollen, dried fruit, mixed peel, rum, Dresdner Stollen spice) year round. Other Stollen available such as poppyseed with almond filling (nice moist filling in a light cake), Hazelnut Stollen. Shipping Canada wide available. The bakery is owned and operated by 2 people. 3 months a year during very busy summer season, we have additional staff. CASH AND CANADIAN CASH ONLY No foreign currency.
