We visited last night and had 3 courses. The food choices were great. The food is beautifully prepared and presented and tasted great. Terrific value. The service is attentive and friendly with staff displaying an excellent knowledge of the food and drinks. Highly recommended.
I am so glad we found this lovely bistro. It felt a little bit like being in France. It was probably the best food I’ve eaten since we were that region earlier this fall and very reasonably priced too.
Small restaurant with a limited menu but what they did have on the menu was done well. Restaurant is owned by a young couple. The service was attentive and friendly. i would recommend Absinthe to anyone craving french cusine at a reasonable price.
Went to this restaurant, craving French cuisine. The soup was excellent, as was the Lamb main course. This is a very small unassuming restaurant with a limited menu, but what they were serving was delightful. I would go back when I’m in Vancouver again
Easily one of the best meals that I’ve ever had for dinner. Excellent service from everyone that I encountered in the restaurant from start to finish.
