Not as good as I remember it way back when I used to live in the neighbourhood years ago. The broth feels like it is loaded with MSG. Even with this, the price is good for what you get. Bao Chau’s deep-fried spring rolls are, however, still unparalleled. The shop looks kind of grungy on the inside but I feel like that is most serious pho shoppes.
On one of our weekend adventures, we decided to stop by this place to explore their famous spring roll and beef noddle. The pho broth is definitely delicious! But the highlight of our adventure was the spring roll which was crispy and tasty. All in all, it was definitely worth visiting this place and will definitely come back again one day when we are in the area.
