Just another bubble tea place for me. I have asked for no ice, thinking they will do the shaking it up anyways with ice before they put it in the cup. I didn’t expect it to be lukewarm. I also asked for no sugar, but it was still sweet. Not sure how that works. I would go back and give it a second chance, but from the other reviews, not too sure if I should even bother. The ambiance was alright, just another wifi joint for university kids, which I understand. Overall, the roasted milk tea itself tasted alright though.

When we asked if they have any real fruit flavours they said no…I was surprised… For a brand that is world wide the milk tea tasted bland, and worst part was the pearls, they tasted stale.There are so many other competitors. I rather go else where and not return. Sorry, just being honest.
