This bakery makes really delicious Chinese long donut and coffee roll cake. By far one of the best Chinese donut and coffee roll cake among Chinese bakeries. The coffee cake is so moist and not too sweet so it tastes just perfect. Their fried pork dumpling is little bit thick on the outer layer but the meat stuffing is not bad. Karmony makes better fried pork dumplings. Also tried the sweet rice cake and I find it to be too sweet comparing to other Chinese bakeries. I’ll come back here for Chinese long donut and coffee roll cake.
One of my workers came up to me and gave me chocolates and a sponge cake from galaxy bakery. Since it was morning and I haven’t eaten yet I decided to take one. To my surprise the sponge cake is really nice. Light, fluffy, touch of sweetness. I personally enjoyed it with my coffee.
