Weve been going to this place since it was located in Nanaimo and E.Broadway! Its been in this Kingsway location for a few years now and the place still serves delicious meals! Weve ordered 1/2 the items on menu and weve enjoyed each dish! My go to are the special pho soup, deep friend spring rolls, fried tofu (my kids favorite) and Vietnamese coffee. I gave the place 5 because the owners are such nice people! Sometimes their kids are sitting at the table doing some homework and theyve always asked how my kids are doing. Weve been going to this place (Nanaimo then Broadway) for a number of years!

Our favourite place go-to place for pho! I crave for the pho here all the time. The broth is tasty and not greasy, and the noodles have a good chew to them. The restaurant is a run by an older couple and their family. The restaurant is clean and service is friendly, unlike your typical viet place. Hours are open late until midnight and prices are very reasonable.
Tasty Vietnamese food overall, their pho is not as good as their other dishes. I also find they put too much MSG in the pho so the aftertaste is not so good. Their grilled chicken and spring roll on vermicelli was good though but I feel like the portion is a bit on the smaller side compared to other Viet restaurants for the same price. Taste-wise was great though.
Been going here for past 5 years and it always meets my expectations. We usually have: short ribs, seafood soup, chicken wings—(omg the BEST) spring rolls & fried tofu. By far the best authentic Vietnamese cuisine in town. And the staff is beyond amazing. We will continue to only come here for our vietnamese cravings
I came here last night for dinner. The older lady and older gentlemen greeted me and we’re very friendly in their service. They even did follow ups. I ordered the bbq pork salad roll and it was very refreshing. Loved the grilled marinated pork. Love eating with my hands. Then my entree came. I ordered the egg crepe. They give generous amounts of fresh basil, mint, veggies. The crepe is beautiful… Crisp on the outside, soft and moist on the inside. Absolutely delicious. Roll that up and dip it into the fish sauce and BAM… That’s all she wrote. Try something a little different besides ordering pho. The vietnamese culture has plenty of other food items. Interior looked like it was renovated very nicely. Loved my experience and I love eating with food in my hands lol. I would go again for those items.
