Ordered miso, black tonk. Ramen and chkn karage. The broth in both soups were tasty. Tho, I found the ingredients in the soup did not compliment the tasty broth. The ingredients were pork, fungus, bamboo bean sprouts and corn. Seems like a common combination, right? Well, when mixed it tasted like there was too much of something, it was cold and I felt like the ingredients were recently defrosted or the water wasn’t strained out enough. Also, the porks flavour didn’t have much going on either. The chicken karage prices were small and lacked seasoning. Also, it wasn’t crunchy. The sauce tasted like a plum sauce you would buy at a super store.Service was okay.There are a lot of ramen restaurants in Vancouver only a few minutes away from each other. If this place wants to keep up, I would step up your ramen game.
