Nice location, refreshing beer. Loved the Kama Citra Ale, but was a bit disappointed that you couldn’t fill a growler with it. Came here for the first time yesterday and enjoyed an array of different ales. I heard they had a great oatmeal stout but it wasn’t quite ready when we visited. I had a delicious porter instead. If you ride your bike, be aware that the upstairs tasting room can get really warm on a hot day, so don’t go up until you catch your breath (I made that mistake).
I’d been meaning to check this place out as I’d passed it a few times on my way to nearby Bomber’s or Strange Fellows. They’ve got a nice tasting room with a bit more bar ambiance than other breweries. The beers were a bit lacklustre for me, although they’ve got quite a selection on tap! My favourite that I tried out of group’s was the small batch cream ale they had going.
