Oka-San means mother in Japanese, and Oka-San Kitchen and Cafe is sort of like a comfort food restaurant unlike most Japanese restaurants which are mainly oriented towards sushi. They also have Hawaiian food. The selection is a little small and the menu could use a description of what each product is, but the food is good, so I recommend it.
