One of the nicer pho places around, untypical decor, more restaurant style than a hole in the wall.Came here recently for ice coffee and a salad roll,…

Be aware – menu says one price, but when you pay , the owner jacks up the price by 10 percent!. We ordered 3 lemongrass chicken with egg. Price shows 8.95 each on menu. Ordered a full order of spring roll. Menu showed 5.95 each. Ordered raw beef with noodle soup size small. Menu showed $7.5. However when I paid at the till, the owner jacked up the price by 10 percent and also charged me 12 percent tax. When approached owner why the menu price shows differently, he said they are trying to make ends meet, dad recently passed away and price of beef went up. I understand but I told him that he should advise his customers prior to ordering or its consider false advertising. I asked him why he charged me 12 percent tax on my food and he says oops sorry but returned me the difference. I would never go back. Felt so ripped off. The restaurant wasn’t even busy and they didn’t give us enough cutlery. I should not have tipped them 10 percent … Food was mediocre. Not the best.
Loved every bite!!. Drove past here a couple of times so I decided to stop by and try. I ordered the helix vermicelli and my gf ordered #14. Hands down the best broth I’ve ever tasted!!
Overpriced!. Took out 3 large pho. Looked up a menu which was obviously dated; price was $7 for large. When I picked up it was $9. And there was so little meat topping. I take out from several places and have never felt so ripped off from a pho place! Will never go again and would recommend people go somewhere else.
Worst food and service ever. I’ve been walking past Pho Cilantro for a while now so I decided to try it. Went to the restaurant for pick-up; and I have 4 major complaints:1. They told me pickup would take 10-15 minutes, I waited 30+ minutes. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, only 2 other tables were occupied…2. … both tables returned food while I was there waiting, AND had their food prepared for them again before I got my order.3. Very rude waitstaff who couldn’t be bothered to take my order for 5 minutes; they literally stood behind the counter and texted while I waited.4. The food is unbelievably salty. Also the menu prices have gone up, so the current menu is inaccurate.
Food ok, service not so. I had the spring roll combo, it was too salty, could not finish it, asked to have it packed up, waitress was very rude, rollig her eyes at me and heavinf deep sighs cuz had to tear her away from whatever she was doing behind the bar, would not recomend, have nor been back
Amazing food. Clean, great customer service by this vietnamese lady who seems to be the owner. Spring roll is very good. Try helix vermicelli will blow your mind. Make it Extra spicy. I love it.
