went here after a late night trip to pne, and the place was packed, maybe because people are coming here for dinner after their trip in pne and yea definitely the food here have better price per portion as well. for the food, i ordered regular pho, large bowl, 42 large and so far everything is okay, like not bad but definitely not the best pho i have. definitely decent for a quick eat. mangkr.wordpress.com

The reviews here are very mixed. I decided to give it a shot since I’m a risk taker. There’s plenty of parking everywhere. The restaurant inside is big and very clean. Decor is up to date as well. I ordered the hot and sour seafood pho. To my surprise it was absolutely delicious and very comforting on a cold day. My girlfriend ordered the bun bo hue. We asked for a red chili each and it was perfect! Service is strange though. As soon as I went up to pay, the girl didn’t give my 60 cent change back. I was grabbing more change out of my pocket to tip of course, but she then asked me how much did you pay again? Wow I could’ve gotten away with saying I paid 50 bucks. Anyhoo, those two items we ordered are delicious. I think the small sizes are plenty

The pho here is meh, as well as most dishes. It is nice that this pho location is open late night for all you late night munchers though. The service is usually pretty good though, but it is a bit slower than ur average high speed pho places too.

The pho here is quite good and reasonably priced. I had the seafood which was full of various goodies. They have the option of the hot and sour broth which I had and quite enjoyed as a hot and sour fan. Place is clean and service is very good. The salad role was nice and fresh but the peanut sauce wasn’t as tasty as I would have liked. The spring roles are very average and pale in comparison to those a at Bau Chau which is just across the street. Will definitely return here.

Overall an average experience. Tried seafood chowmein, seafood soup and Sauted fish with spicy lemongrass. Good felt bland. Servings or helpings were very generous. Service was ok.

This place has pretty decent pho, nothing too special but good none the less. Broth was tasty and went well with the beef served with it. Being in a such a location as East Hastings, this place has a lot to live up to and compete with because some of the best pho restaurants in all Vancouver is located here. Good thing about this place is location. It is close enough to walk to from play land, so if you’re worn out by a long fun day at play land, this is a nice close place to come for a good meal

Good food, good prices – need more serving staff. We eat here at least once a week during hockey season as it’s close to the rink. The prices are very reasonable, the restaurant is clean and the staff are always friendly. I usually have one of the pho dishes, although they do have other options. The rare beef is my favourite! The broth is rich and flavourful, the balance between noodles and broth is good and the rare beef is tender and also full of flavour. We went there yesterday for early dinner and they were really busy, just one waitress on until 6.00pm. They could easily have had 2 or 3 staff available and they would have been kept busy. Unfortunately my meal was forgotten and never arrived. My other half had eaten his meal and we were just left sitting there. Eventually we asked where my food was and it arrived in mere moments. First time we’ve had a less than great experience there, but we’ll definitely go back.
