Relaxing feel on a Rainy Vancouver night. Culinarias feeling is warm and comforting with great service. The Kitchen staff are students that are in a culinary arts cooking program and are finishing their learning experience in a full functioning kitchen. The menus classic appearance is met with fair prices. I had the Duck Confit leg with seasonal vegetables and brunoise roasted squash. The Duck was well seasoned and perfectly tender. Thumbs up to the students and the future of the culinary world.
