This is where I go for fancy Mexican food. The food here is great and goes down so easily with their smaller ‘growlitas’ – the perfect size to split for two. The decor and atmosphere is really nice albeit very archetypically hipster. I dig it.For food I highly recommend the nachos; they’re my favourite in all Vancouver. After that it’s your pick of tacos but I like the cauliflower one the best. My meat-eating friends really like the tuna and pork jowl.This place is definitely worth going out of the way for if you’re down to spend a little bit of extra cash for the vibe and great food options.

My sister and I had lunch here yesterday. The setup of the restaurant was interesting! We got a seat quickly and ordered two fish tacos and a chorizo burrito. After about 10 mins, our food arrived. The first bite of the fish tacos was delightful! I really loved it. The ingredients were fresh and tasty! As for the chorizo burrito, I definitely wouldn’t have been able to finish one whole on my own. My sister shared it. It was good too, but I liked the tacos better. The service was good and the place is nice. It’s not that loud so it was easy to converse. I would be back and maybe try their other locations!
Hands down the best fish tacos!! Would eat them everyday to be honest! Definitely check these guys out! Only downside is they’re closed between 3 and 5
I had the Crispy Chicken and Albacore Tuna Taco. I like the modern westernised spin on the tacos. The fresh ingredients are excellent like the pea tips and radish on the crispy chicken it’s an excellent texture mix. The flavour of the tuna was excellent. The price is a bit higher at $6 per taco however if you want tacos that are unique with fresh ingredients definitely worth a visit. However if you want a truly authentic taco not exactly where I would go.
