You’re coming here for authentic Vietnamese food not ambience. This is one of the few authentic Vietnamese restaurants that is known for their special grilled beef dishes that are available after 3pm: Beef 3 ways, Beef 7 ways. Must try items. Another pleasant surprise is the rice pudding with toppings served a metal tart shell!Their pho soup noodles are good – brisket is delicious! The vermicelli bowl with marinated pork patty and spring rolls ($9.50). I will definitely come back and try their other stuff.

Everyone that comes here only comes here for 2 things. The bo 7 mon, and the bun bo hue. Every chinese family comes in to order the beef 7 course. It’s fun to play with your food. You get hands on rolling up your food with the rice sheets, and the beef is delicious. Peppery, garlicky, and moist. The bo nuong la lot is grilled beef wrapped in betel leaves and man OH MAN, I’d dance all day to eat this! Now the bun bo hue is spicy and savory. Here’s a tip, make sure when you order this or any pho bowl in general, ask for your sprouts RAW. They get alot of Chinese people asking for cooked sprouts and if they spot that your chinese they will assume everytime you want your sprouts steamed. The bun bo hue is huge and comes in a glass bowl. This bowl can feed two people! Service is adequate and good. Prices include tax already. The fried spring rolls had alot of batter on them, not the best. The lemongrass grilled chicken is ok but no wow factor, comes with soup. It’s better to just stick with the 7 beef course and bun bo hue, trust me.

I was craving Pho, looking at a food blog about some restaurants to hit up I ventured out to this one because it doesn’t close at 9:00 PM. Ordered the house special pho, there wasn’t anything special about it. Just taste like every other MSG Pho noodle soup out there. Their salad rolls were kind of strange. Not the standard ones you get. The Pho craving went away but I wasn’t too impressed with it.

Not one of the cleanest Vietnamese restaurants I have been to, but I really do love their vermicelli bowls! I ordered the one with pork skewers / spring rolls! I thought it was very good overall and I loved how they gave a lot of vermicelli to fill me up! yumdeliciousness.wordpress.com

Bad services and tasteless. Went there for lunch.. tried their house special noodles in soup, raw beef and beef ball noodles in soup and spicy pork feet noodles in soup are tasteless and look messy. tried their lemon grass chicken / pork chop/ beef ribs on rice, can’t taste any lemon grass at all, just sweet and full of chicken stock favour. tried their duck bamboo soup with duck meat on side, it’s taste like chicken soup ( even the waitress said so), is it suppose give me duck soup?? duck meat still cold and raw and tasteless.. most of the servers cannot speak English. no smile and rude..

Always will be number 2. I’ve been to the original Thai Hang and it just did not feel the same. The portions were smaller than the ones at the original for some reason. Also the general atmosphere and service was not up to par with the original either. The food was not bad by any means, however it felt like I was eating at some second rate imitation of Thai Hang. Come if you are in the area but definitely check out the original.

Horrible Service. The food was decent for the price I paid, but the service was horrible. The server was a girl in her mid-twenties so this was probably not her first job, but even then was incredibly rude, inattentive and overall made my experience there horrible. I didn’t get her name but if you go there try not to get seated by the waitress with some scarring on her cheek.
