TBearMy wife and I frequent the truck festivals throughout the lower mainland and have a few favourites. We ordered the Pulled Pork served on a Portuguese style bun with coleslaw. I liked that it wasn’t dripping with sauces and the pork was good and lean with no cartilage. The spices were well chosen and blended with the pork nicely.
