THEY’VE GONE WAY DOWNHILL!We’ve ordered from Volcano Sushi in years past and would have given it 3 stars out of 5. Lately, unfortunately, they’ve gone WAY DOWNHILL!!!Tonight, we ordered almost $100 worth of delivery but didn’t receive 1/3 of what we ordered. I paid for the order and tipped appropriately before checking what we got. We waited almost 2 hours to get the delivery–which I understood because we ordered early–but when we finally got the delivery, it was incomplete. A full 2-1/2 hours after I called in the order (and paid for it), Tracy Lu (the reported manager/owner) insisted that we received items that we didn’t receive. She refused to give me any credit.I will, absolutely, never order from Volcano Sushi again!!!
