Horrible!. Horrible horrible horrible! First visit here my mom and I along with two friends were at the bridal show at the hotel. We had about 45 minutes before the fashion show started so we decided to grab a drink and split a couple appies. We ordered appies that should be quick, sweet pototoe fries and a bread and dip. After half an hour we all started to worry, our server never once came to our table and totally avoided eye contact as we tried to get her attention. Finally, my friend had to go approach her and tell we needed our bill for our drinks and we do not want the food anymore as we needed to leave. Only after that the server came to our table to tell us that there was some kind of mixup, and our food will be out shortly, we all suspected she had forgotten to put the order in. We explained we had to leave. I’m very surprised she made us pay for our round of drinks. When we were in the bridal show the restaurant manager found us and gave us a $20 GC.When Mother’s Day came around I suggested we use the gift certificate and go the their buffet. I figured for $30 a person they must be putting on a good spread. I was wrong the food was below sub-par. I was so disappointed that that was the meal my mom got on mother day:( oh and the attitude we got from the hostess made me want to cry, this is supposed to be a special day for my mom. She made a comment to the table beside us that we were receiving bad service but we should just be happy that we got a table. I was appalled, I will never go back.
Big Changes. Management, Chef, servers and menu have all been changed at this restaurant now!! I strongly urge all to give this restaurant another try!! It has a great & affordable lunch buffet. Spoke with the chef & I can definately taste that all of the food has been from scratch!!! Great local food & V.Q.A. wine menu!!!
Ok, my emotions are severely mixed about this place. The environment is absolutely beautiful. However…the food is sub par. I had to ask for sauce with my flavourless dish. The pictures we took are absolutely gorgeous and worth the mediocre food. But if your looking for an amazing meal, maybe don’t go here.
This place is sad. For such a beautiful place you would think the service is amazing? Well it isnt, and the managment team is terrible!! Maybe everyone needs another 2 weeks of training inculding your managment! Food is to die for and will always return for just the food, but wont be surprised when my service is horrible!
Worst experience ever! Been there a couple times with my family bad service and the food was either incorrect or burnt. Went again last night with a group of work friends and the service again was horrible. She messed up drink orders gave me and another guest food that should not have made it to the pass in the kitchen. Brought out bills without asking if we wanted anything else. When we said we wanted more drinks she assumed we wanted the same drinks as before. Once we were ready to pay that process was painful!!!!!! Never again!
