Anyone with a Groupon will be refused unless it is printed. Went to buy a birthday cake and the staff was helpful. I presented my groupon via moble app and the staff helping me didnt know how to process it and asked the manager and she refused it since it wasnt printed!! I said well you can write down all the information since it is all there she insisted it needed to be printed??? What was the difference with the information printed or written down???? Very upset and disappointed with the manager.
