  Vernon’s treasure. Judging by the carpark when we pulled in the Cuisine Of India was going to be empty – it was – but why? The place could use a make over but the food was simply wonderful – tasty, fresh, spicy & hot and our bill was very reasonable.! Our waitress was friendly and polite and all in all it was an excellent choice to eat there.Vernon Residents – you don’t know how lucky you are to have such good Indian food either to eat in or take out!

  Yummy!. My fianc and I traveled throughout Canada last summer and we stopped our trip in Vernon. We stayed three months here and we discovered Cuisine of India. We’ve been so impressed (and we’re still) by the quality of the food and the service of this restaurant. We ate in various Indian restaurant from BC to Montreal and definitly, this restaurant is the best for every point : food, service, place, price… simply : Wow! So sad we’re out-of-town. So, people of Vernon, don’t miss this lovely place. And please, someone, give me the receipe of the butter chicken sauce! ! !

  Awesome. My boyfriend and I went here to eat and ordered the dinner for two. We were amazed by how much food we got, she just kept bringing us more. it was all so fresh and delicious. The best Indian food we’ve ever had. The service was excellent. The food was very authentic and you get a lot of quality food for your money. Definitely will come back. strongly

  Really great food. Best East Indian food I have had in Vernon. Very big portions, decent price, great menu, pleasant and helpful service, not speedy but you know it is not microwaved, funky atmosphere. Will absolutely be back.

  Glad we found this place!. Since the Palace closed, we’ve been seriously missing an Indian buffet in town that has the right mix of quality and quantity. Cuisine of India is the place. Right off Hwy 97 at 43rd Ave with lots of free parking, it is easy to get to and open from 11 am to 9 pm every day. We attended their grand opening buffet and were very impressed with the selection of dishes, all prepared excellently. The highlight for me was the Lamb Rogan Josh… it’s been a long time since I’ve seen lamb at an Indian buffet. Everything was fresh and hot, there was a great selection, and the service was very attentive without being intrusive. We have since returned at least 4 times for the lunch buffet, a good deal at $12.95. Butter chicken and naan are always there, several vegetarian dishes like saag paneer, vegetable curry (SO GOOD), veggie pakora, daal, aloo gobi, have all appeared. They usually have 2 meat curries as well, including a beef/lamb curry that is amazing. Pilao rice, salads and chutneys complement your meal, along with two dessert selections (gulab jamun, rice pudding). And tandoor chicken. Mmm! I highly recommend it over the other places in town because there is always lots of delicious food and never a wait for naan or dishes to come out. Enjoy!

  Best INDIAN Food In Vernon. I have been to a lot of Indian restaurants and this is one of the best. This restaurant has delicious food. I have tried several dishes and visited couple times and every time, the food is delicious. The food and the lassi are delicious!! Highly recommend the palak penar and butter chicken – hope I spelled that right, it’s a spinach dish. Any nann bread is yummy! Love this place. Wish I could cook like this place does.

  Great food great service our veggie dinner for two was delicious and it would feed 3 no problem so we had an extra meal to take home
