I have been buying slices of Pizza there for a few months and all was great. A couple of weeks ago or so I bought 2 slices to go. When I got home and started eating the pizza I noticed that 1 slice had the crust very much under baked and the second slice was 60% baked. I emailed them as a courtesy heads up. Later that day I felt somewhat ill as the pizza was still in my stomach for 6 + hours and I could not eat anything for about hours and still felt off and plugged up. Raw dough I now know is not a good thing to eat. I again emailed them letting them know of the situation – politely as just factual in nature. I have still not received a reply after about 2-3 weeks now.By not getting back to me at all, I can’t really believe that the Jim’s management gives a hoot especially on a health issue. Customer relations does not exit here…………….
If you’re looking for a good local pizza place, Jim’s is really great. Good deals and good food. We’ve ordered from there many times and still keep going back. Ooh and their smores pizza hits the sweet spot. This place is worth it.
Told them we would be paying debit for a delivery, driver showed up saying he was told it would be cash. He wanted us to follow him down to an ATM (at least a 10min drive) and wasn’t friendly. He left, and we called Jim’s who called the driver. He came back with the pizza and Jim’s told us we would have to go in and pay, and their store is across town from where we live, and we had to go to work. All this over a $20 pizza.
Only the BEST! =D. Easily the best pizza in Vernon! We always order pizza and pasta from here! It’s sooo delish..they got awesome customer service and are always on time! They are really popular though so they do get quite busy so sometimes you cant expect your food for 45-60min which is fine considering you know your getting good quality food…Love that this place is local too! Nothing like supporting local business..Also, another good think about Jims Place is that you can just go online pick out what you want then call, unlike Pizza Hut or Dominos where you have to jump through hoops just to find a damn price! Actually as I’m writing this my Jims Place pizza has arrived! I recommend it to anyone and everyone! Definitely our fave place to order from in Vernon!
Crow14. We just moved to the area and thought we would try the Pizza at Jim’s Pizza. We were very happy with our order so the next time we tried it we thought it was a bit salty. Today we thought we would try it again. It was soooo salty that both our mouths burned. I don’t know if it’s the pizza sauce or the cheese . I hope they figure it out or we won;t be back.

Great gluten free pizza!. Thoughtful staff are knowledgeable about GF and dairy food restrictions and make KILLER pizza! Best GF pizza I’ve had in my travels across Canada that my non-celiac hubby liked too.
