Came in after the lunch rush at about 2pm on a weekday. Was nicely greeted and the restaurant is nice and clean. Ordered #16 and single spring roll and was disappointed with the long wait time for the food to arrive. Took over 15mins for the spring roll to arrive and close to 20mins for the Pho. Surprising considering there were only 5 or so other tables being used at the time and most were already eating their food. Pho was just ok. Big difference to the Vancouver area Pho joints that I often go to. Broth lacked flavour and I would compare it to the old school Pho Hoa chain of restaurants.

Greeted upon entry into a very clean restaurant. Friendly staff and fast service. Started with an appetizer which arrived fast and hot. Deep fried tofu with chilli sauce, very good. Wife and I each had a small Pho, #16 and #18. We both found it to be a bit heavy on the noodles and a bit lite on the meat but overall it’s the best we have found in the interior. We moved from Vancouver and miss our favourite Pho place. This is our new Pho place for now. It’s worth a visit.

Came here for dinner and the place was packed – clearly popular among the locals and travelers alike. The service was very friendly and accommodating. I tried the spring rolls, pork + shrimp vermicelli bowl and chicken + beef rice wraps. The spring rolls were great, decent size, filled with all the right stuff. The vermicelli was decent, not as great as what I’m used to at home but I’m spoiled with great Vietnamese options in Edmonton. I felt the vermicelli noodles were a tad overlooked. The pork and shrimp were good but not that seasoned (imo) so I ended up added quite a bit of hoisin and Sriracha to amp up the flavor. The wraps were great and they have solved the problem I run into every time of when trying to separate rice wraps, they’ve done it for you and layered each one between a plastic discs – very clever! Overall, I can see why this place is popular and would definitely stop by again.
