When they are good they are very good. The odd time they really mess up an order big time. The service is, more often than not, terrible. We like the pizza. My wife and I sit and speculate how the meal will go each time we visit. A couple visits resulted in 1) an undercooked pizza that was replaced with a burned one since they wanted to make sure it wasn’t undercooked again (absolutely true explanation when I asked why we had a burned pizza) and 2) a missing ingredient that they didn’t know had been discontinued 6 months previous but they kept serving that pizza anyway minus the quite significant ingredient. We thought something was missing but it took them quite a while to sort out what the guys in kitchen never thought to mention.13 Jan, 2011Food is good. Service is usually poor.
I wanted to update my previous review as we ate at Pizza Hut Feb. 19th after an awesome day of skiing at Silver Star. Much to my surprise they have renovated (in summer of 2010). Food still great. Our kids loved the hawaiian pizza with the cheese bite crust edge. My husband and Ienjoyrd our supreme pan pizza. Crust is delicious. Although pricier than we remember. Similar to Boston Pizza price. Around $56.00 for 2 large pizza’s, 2 refillable pop’s and one beer. We will go back – probably once or twice a year.09 Feb, 2011Great food but they really need to renovate.
