I ordered a salted caramel mocha, paid for it, and when it was ready, the employee told me that they don’t have the salt. They charge you over $5 for a medium, we all know what we pay for their drinks, the price is not an issue in this situation, but the person should have told me that they don’t have the ingredients for the drink before charging me money for it. Step up your game Starbucks. If you do charge that kind of money make sure it is top notch in the service and quality department.
