Hands down the best value is the brunswick stew. It is an awesome cold weather comfort food. They also make their own hot sauces, all of which are quite excellent. We have wanted to try the other items but cannot get past ordering the brunswick stew.

FABULOUS. Amazing food, Great Service,/ Was there last night and the place was packed. Owner took our order and stopped by our table a couple times to check on us. For the 3 of us the price was fantastic. Shared a couple of platters and even brought some home. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Awesome BBQ joint; traditional Southern offerings, great local beers, and uber-friendly service, often from the on-site owners. Cool feature to have four different BBQ sauces available separately on the table, rather than slathering the dishes in the kitchen. Great decor and super clean, too. Highly recommended.
My Favorite Restaurant. The food is mouth-watering delicious – time after time. The owners are friendly and the service is fast unless the place is packed. It’s a happy place – where home-cooked dreams come true. Tryi it, you’ll like it.
Brought four BBQ newbies to the station and they loved it. The catfish was extremely tasty. The garlic shrimp was soooo good. My brisket was done perfect. The only problem was the fight that almost brook out over the candied bacon. It’s seems with that much meat and with a large group of people including my pregnant wife the primal urge to devoure as much food as possible comes out. We all left there full and enjoyed it so much. It is great that vernon has a great place like this to enjoy, great food friendly atmosphere already planning my next visit. Oh ya almost forgot the maple corn muffins should be sold by the dozen.12 Oct, 2014The holy smoke beer on tap is amazing especially with the brisket. It’s my family’s go to place. My boys love the wings with the afterburner hot sauce. Relaxing place to eat for the whole family.
This place is awesome! Best brisket I have ever had the pleasure of eating! Great service, great experience, great food! Nuff said!
