Went there for lunch ( when it should be super busy in down town Vernon ) but it wasn’t – no one was there – I watched my food and some other lady and her kids meal sit on the counter for I kid u not 15 min !!!!! The brown avocado I seen them use was horrible – No one asked us for a refill or anything and we were the ONLY ones there until some lady came – I tell u now , DONT EAT HERE
I love this restaurant! Favourite sushi place by far! I cud eat here everyday, food is amazing, service is great and everyone is friendly. Highly recommended and the dynamite roll, BC roll, and tempura is my favourite! No bad comments!
Ick. Women’s bathroom has to one of the worst bathrooms I’ve seen in Vernon. Disgusting. Half hour after I got home, I had the runs.
Four of us are here tonight; 3 had sushi and the three of us keep running to the bathroom. Enough said.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered to go. $50 in sushi. They asked me to check my receipt to ensure it was my order and I did. Got home and the contents of the bag were NOT what was on the receipt I checked. I phoned twice and got voicemail so left a detailed message. They did not call me back. I then sent them a letter asking for a refund and they did not respond. The sushi was marginal but with service like that I wouldn’t eat there if it was the only sushi place in town. Stunts like that in a small town have a huge impact on business and I steer everyone away from them. The sushi at the Tiki Hotel is fantastic and I’m now a committed customer of theirs. Cheers.
My favorite sushi place, and I have been to at least 100. Come here every time I am in Vernon. Ignore the negative reviews. The service is great, you can tell the employees really care about your experience. I crave this place. I recommend the Bc roll and caterpillar roll.
Took a long time for even water. And after ordering it took 25 minutes to get the appetizer. A little disappointed
