Feeling swanky or classically relaxed? No problem! Excellent wine selection with comfortably loose environment. Modest to extraordinary appetizers and main dishes. Serious likelihood of return visits.

My fiance took me here for my 30th birthday. I can’t say enough good things about it! The food was excellent. We had the calamari to start. I had the firecracker prawn linguine Sooo delicious. Just the perfect flavor. My fianc had the pasta rustica. He said it was very good as well! To finish off the meal they had my favorite dessert creme brle. Oh soo good!! Sharon served us and it was nothing but our pleasure!! Would return for sure!!
Great experience. My wife and I enjoyed our experience very much. It was a Sunday evening and very quiet. Andrew the owner told us that the weekend had been quite busy, but Sunday is variable. My wife had the lamb and I had the curried prawns. Both were great. Good value as well.
Terrible. Staff was incredibly friendly but the food rates poorly. Water tasted like yucky Vernon tap water, iced tea was undrinkable, beer was stale, calamari tasted like it was frozen for a long time. All the food tried too hard to be creative and exotic but fell flat on every level. The prices were NOT affordable as stated by the menu outside, and the place was empty for obvious reasons. Other than the staff, the only other highlight was the decor. I urge the chef to create a simple but tasteful menu, highlighting a FEW creative dishes. Trying too hard on everything leaves the patron feeling dissatisfied and disappointed.
Our Favorite Vernon Restaurant. My husband and I have visited this restaurant every May long weekend since 2006 and this is our Vernon favorite restaurant. The restaurant (as for the others we have visited) have never been too busy on this weekend so perhaps we have seen the restaurant at its best. The risotto is a must – truly unique and delicious. The atmosphere is quite classy and upscale. The service has always been prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional. No summer students here. The food has always been very tasty and well presented. Although I must admit for the first time this year I was thinking – yes it is expensive. However, for us, totally worth every penny!
The atmosphere is very cozy and the resturaunt’s decor is impecable, but the food takes a really, really long time. And while it does taste better than your average Earls it become quite hard to swallow when you realize you’re paying 3 times as much
