I really like this family run restaurant. The servers are very knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance is homey. I feel like I’m eating at a family’s house. It’s cute and casual. They play Thai music.They have a lot of standards you want to see at a Thai restaurant and a few unique items. The duck is SO good. They lay it on top of tamarind sauce and it stays crispy. We get it every time.They have nice touches like beautifully carved carrot garnishes.The prices are pretty much on par. The portions are fair. Not HUGE, fair.You can’t go wrong with eating here. It’s a really nice addition to the area.
This place was recommended to us, and as my daughter had a helluva cold, we went looking for good soup to clear her up…The helpful server (perhaps co-owner? not sure) recommended a seafood hot and sour that was divine; full of all the right flavours. For our first visit, we played it safe and followed up with panang curry with blanched broccoli, rice and pad thai. Both were delicious, so we will get more adventurous next time.The chef/owner came out to see how things were, and I was glad I had ventured out to find yet another owner/operated food establishment that cares about what they serve.
We were vacationing in Saanich & looking for authentic Thai food, glad we came across this place. We started off with the Poh Tak, their hot & spicy seafood soup. The clear broth was out of this world good, never had anything so tasteful, it was spicy-hot, tangy, you can taste the lemongrass & kafir lime leaves. The soup had delicate pieces of prawns, mussels in the shell, & squid. Next we had Kao Pad Pong Karee, (satay fried rice), it was also very tasty, & came with 2 skewers of well seasoned/marinated chicken. The accompanying cucumber relish, & peanut sauce were relish. We had the rice with the Gang Phed Ped Yang (red curry with roasted duck) very good home made curry with lean tasty roasted duck. Best red curry dish I’ve had yet. We finished off our meal with something we never imagined eating, Kanom Mor Gang (baked Thai Mung bean custard) this was a unusual warm custard dish, it is cooked especially with coconut milk, & came with some frozen sweet berries. It wasn’t too sweet, the Mrs liked it but I can take or leave it. Over all the waitress was very friendly and answered all our questions. The chef even came out and asked how our dinner was, a nice touch. If we are in the area, we would certainly dine here again!
Mmm. Delicious.. I’ve eaten here a couple of times. Great addition to the neighbourhood. Satay, fried tofu and spring rolls are delicious with good quality ingredients and the curries, stir fries and pad Thai and better and less expensive than the more expensive Thai places in town. Great service too! Will come here again!
Ordered take out & the service was so friendly, home delivery was prompt & the meal was really delicious. I will absolutely order again & will visit the restaurant.

Danger !!!. Good food yes but me and my boyfriend were eating pad Thai when he pulled a staple out of his mouth that came from his food…. That’s so unsafe and so gross be carfell people !
