I dont normally go to McDonalds but when I do I except the food to be made well. This was my first visit to this location and it will definitely be my last. The food was of poor quality and the staff was either completely clueless or exceptionally rude.
Unhappy drive thru customer. On the morning of January 18, while at the Colwood BC mcds, I waited nearly 20 mins to move up three cars… In that time I was approximately 3 feet from the intercom when the signs were flipped from breakfast to lunch menu, and they flat out refused to provide me with any breakfast options, even though it was due to their manager’s complete incompetence to organize a proper work crew. That being said, if anyone from Mcds management sees this, the manager on duty was a less than apologetic woman, who clearly cannot work in the leadership capacity she was given.
Cant get it right. Dont matter how may times you ask or double check if you asked for extra or o have something removed it wont. 3 out 5 times ive been no napkins or straws ,
How hard is it?. These idiots couldnt give you an accurate drive through order if you provided them a diagram and step by step instructions.
I would like to vote this McDonalds the worst in Canada.. or maybe the world.. The place is filthy.. and even when you point this out they just shrug their shoulders.. Why is this the only McD’s that do not give you a lid with your drink. I found an eyelash in my shake today.. and one more thing.. if you’ve given the wrong burger to the wrong person and they have actually handled the burger.. do not expect the intended person to then accept it…also.. fill yoir condiment area for Ch^! $ t sakes. Horrible23 Apr, 2012HORRIBLE. Normally I would never write a review on McDonalds. If you go to McD’s for anything other than fast food mush then you deserve what you get. Normally McDonalds is really fast. except this one. I have been here because it is on the way to other places but man do they ever screw up a lot. From Milkshakes that are so full they spill all over the bag to watching the grill staff handle meat and lettuce with bar hands. Off duty staff walking in behind the counter and getting preferential priority treatment. Most times you will wait at least 5 mins.. When you finally get your burger.. or what ever you ordered, then you have to hope they have been kind enough to replenish the condiments area.. For me it usually has no ketchup, napkins or straws. but hey at least by putting this stuff out in the public it is now handled by thousands of potential dirty hands as opposed to the few behind the counter. Atleast McDonalds is saving money on labour .. After all is said and done.. you’ve spent $12 – $13.. Do me a favour go down the street and have a burger at the Jasmine.. same quality, or slightly better and you get a waitress to bring you your meals as you sit comfortably
Like it. Great service, clean, lots of newspaper’s, park for the kids. Can’t beat it.
